Plans to cultivate medicinal plants in association with farmers

Bangalore headquartered Health Science company, Sami Labs Limited is planning to cultivate medicinal plants in Kerala.

In association with the farmers in Kerala, Sami Labs will cultivate medicinal plants like Coleus Forskohlii, said Dr Muhammed Majeed, Chairman of Sami Labs.

The company intends to do cultivation in 30,000 acres of land covering Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhar Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Maharashtra and Chattisgarh. Dr Majeed informed that they will make arrangements for loan to carry out the cultivation.

The company has manufactured herbal extracts like ForsLean, Gugulipid, Bacopin, Bioperine etc.
